AVJennings turnkey homes.
We’re excited to share that the final five AVJennings Turnkey Homes at the top of Tempo Drive have now sold, and construction is officially complete. That means some new neighbours will be moving in over the coming months, so be sure to give them a warm Cadence welcome!
New land release coming soon.
We’re thrilled to announce that AVJennings has secured a new parcel of land that will form the next chapter of our Cadence community. This area will feature 341 new homesites, a primary school, cycle paths, a playground, and retain 30% of the natural habitat as an ecological reserve with rehabilitated vegetation and waterways.
We’re currently working through approvals with the Department of Education and Council and expect to begin developing the land in the coming months.
